The Bishop Arts District, located in the heart of North Oak Cliff, is one of Dallas' most unique neighborhoods. It is home to over 60 bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. The history of the area dates as far back as the 1930's as one of the busiest trolley stops in Dallas.
The district sits about 15 minutes south-west of downtown Dallas with a feel all its own. The streets of this district are set up for exploring each independently owned shop. Events are held here regularly, including street markets, art shows, wine walks, and festivals. You could spend an entire afternoon here and not walk in to the same shop twice!
